construction on 10 lands including Lot NO.261th, Section

Zhixin, Wanhua Dist., Taipei City. The base is 1,163

square meters, equivalent to 351.8075 ping.

6.Countermeasures:Chairman is authorized to negotiate

with potential partners. Then the joint development

contract should be approved by BOD.
